Couples Youth Development Specialists

Thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey, who founded the school in 1909, MHS is fully endowed and equipped with the resources necessary for both students and staff to succeed.

We are seeking married couples to join us as flex houseparents. In this role, you will live on campus in student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent, family-like structure for the students, taking on responsibilities that include :

• Driving students to various activities
• Administering medication
• Budgeting and reporting

Initially, you will work with different student homes before being permanently assigned to one.
