Responsibilities
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with assigned hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop candidate pipelines, source, market and attract talent to support the organization\'s mission. Formulates strategy to acquire talent to fill requisitions.
- Screen, interview and select candidates using Behavioral Interview techniques; collaborate with hiring managers to identify top candidates for on-site visits at the facility level.
- Extend offers and oversee onboarding activities; maintain excellent candidate and hiring manager relations.
- Analyze productivity metrics against Service Level Agreements to exceed Top Quartile goals as set by industry benchmarks.
- Oversee Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure timely interviews and onboarding activities to achieve on-time candidate start dates.
The Value You Will Bring To The Team
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs by reviewing attrition, new business plans and retirements.Develop strategies to acquire talent so vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels; staff openings for new / expanding programs and execute retirement replacement plans.Use external scanning tools to understand the market and educate hiring managers on labor market conditions.Articulate the business line and market positions to potential candidates; develop recruitment plans with SLAs.Source and recruit to develop candidates; preclose candidates during intake.Utilize Behavioral Interviewing to assess candidates for mission fit and required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Ensure assessments reflect the quality hire expected to meet AdventHealth competencies.Prepare salary offers, obtain manager approval, and extend offers; manage sign-on bonuses, relocation, and other incentives; anticipate counteroffers as needed.Maintain knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and corporate / facility policies; address applicant inquiries.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience2 recruiting / sourcing experienceProficient with applicant tracking systemsProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong use of social networking and internet tools (emails, search engines, social media, job boards)Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experienceRPO experienceCertification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACRHR Certification through HCI or SHRMAdditional Information
