Job description22 Anesthesiologists 12 dedicated support staff (room turnover, stocking, etc.) Educational Leadership : Clinical instructor opportunities with SIUE and Millikin / Decatur Nurse Anesthesia programs. High Case Volume & Variety : Manage over 31,000 anesthetics annually across : 4 CVORs 6 Ambulatory Surgery ORs Multiple off-site locations (OB, GI, IR, ECT, Cath Lab) Flexible Scheduling : Enjoy a variety of shifts and at-home call coverage. Advanced Technology : Experience a Level 1 Trauma Center with standardized anesthesia equipment and a robust EHR (Cerner). Up to $75,000 sign-on bonus for experienced CRNAs. 80 hours of front-loaded PTO. Generous PTO accrual. Relocation assistance available. Continuing education support : Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Full benefits package as a hospital employee. Financial assistance programs available. Completion of an AANA-accredited anesthesia program. MSN, DNP, or equivalent degree. Illinois RN and APN licensure (or eligibility). NBCRNA certification (or new graduates eligible for certification). Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
