Schedule :  Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM start time, 8-hour shift with 1-hour break

Division :  Customer Support

Position Overview :

As a Licensing Associate, you will play a key role in managing vehicle title transactions across multiple states. You’ll ensure compliance with state requirements, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support throughout the lifecycle of vehicle ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Validate transactions and attach required documents in Title Quest.
• Become a subject matter expert for titling processes in assigned states.
• Manage a portfolio of vehicle titles, including analysis and recommendations.
• Process various title-related transactions : ownership transfers, corrections, duplicate titles, lease assumptions, and corporate name changes.
• Collaborate on title management projects involving multiple units.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners (e.g., tag agents, dealerships).
• Resolve issues via Salesforce and email, prioritizing urgency.
• Support team members by monitoring regional queues and assisting as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00 / hr.
