Role Objective
To lead operations and execution within Vanguard's Customer Experience Center with urgency, accountability, and sales-minded collaboration. This person will be directly responsible for producing timely, color-accurate samples and compelling customer demonstrations that support the sales team in closing deals and driving company growth.

We're Hiring : Customer Experience Center Manager
Vanguard Digital is seeking a high-performance print industry professional to lead execution in our Customer Experience Center (CEC) - someone who doesn't just run a demo room but understands the role it plays in closing deals and driving revenue.
In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with the sales team, taking ownership of timely, accurate, and visually impressive sample production and live demonstrations. You'll act with urgency, knowing that every sample request is a sales opportunity.
We need someone who :
- Brings deep technical knowledge of UV / wide-format printing, RIP workflows, color profiling and media
- Thrives under deadlines, manages their time efficiently, and gets it done without excuses
- Is confident on camera and in person, knowing when to listen, when to present, and how to read the customer
- Takes personal pride in supporting sales success and wants to see the company grow because of their impact
- Has experience running demo rooms or managing PSP production, ideally in a fast-paced, sales-supportive environment

Position Summary :
The Customer Experience Center Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of Vanguard's Customer Experience Center, acting as both a technical lead and a strategic enabler for the sales team. This individual will ensure every sample and demonstration reflects the quality, reliability, and innovation that Vanguard is known for - delivered on time and to spec.
Core Responsibilities :
Manage all incoming sample and demo requests with urgency and accuracyCollaborate daily with Sales to understand customer needs and tailor output accordinglyOperate and maintain Vanguard equipment for maximum quality and readinessOwn color profiling, calibration, and media management across all devicesConduct live demos (in person and virtual) with technical and sales professionalismEnsure all client interactions in the CEC are premium, personalized, and impactfulTrack and improve sample output timelines and accuracyTrain and oversee other CEC support staff as neededRepresent the Vanguard brand with professionalism, pride, and a solution-first mindset
