📍 Virginia Beach, VA

A well-established commercial contractor in Virginia Beach is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead projects from start to finish. This is an opportunity to work with a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork while delivering high-profile commercial builds.

What Youll Do :

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage daily job site operations, problem-solving as needed to keep projects moving.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any issues proactively.

What Youll Need :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • A commitment to safety and a deep understanding of OSHA regulations.
  • Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
