Wellness Detox of LA, a proud member of the Quadrant Health Group, is seeking passionate and skilled SWING SHIFT Behavioral Health Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our clinical staff, ensuring efficient and effective client flow and contributing to a positive client experience. You will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

What You'll Do :

The Behavioral Health Technician fulfills the assigned role as part of the treatment team – to maintain the wellbeing of clients and the integrity of the program. Additionally, the Clinical Support Technician provides client supervision and staff / unit support as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities :

Client Interaction & Support :

• The behavioral health technician works SWING SHIFT - 3 PM to 11 : 30 P M
• Develop and maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and staff.
• Provide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to clients and their families.
• Support clients' comfort and safety in the residential environment.
• Listen attentively, document client behavior, and report observations to clinical staff.
• Maintain strict client confidentiality at all times.
