Job descriptionSupport and maintain agent commission processes, including calculation, validation, and reporting. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure commission accuracy and timely payments. Analyze commission data to identify discrepancies or process improvements. Assist with documentation of commission workflows and reporting standards. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on commission-related inquiries. 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry (Life, Property & Casualty), preferably within commissions or reporting. Strong understanding of commission structures, data analysis, and process improvement. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX (local candidates or those open to relocation preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
