About the Role : We’re seeking a Commissions Analyst with prior experience in the insurance industry (Life, Property and Casualty) to join our team in Dallas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of agent commission processes or reporting and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Support and maintain agent commission processes, including calculation, validation, and reporting.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure commission accuracy and timely payments.Analyze commission data to identify discrepancies or process improvements.Assist with documentation of commission workflows and reporting standards.Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on commission-related inquiries.Qualifications :
2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry (Life, Property & Casualty), preferably within commissions or reporting.Strong understanding of commission structures, data analysis, and process improvement.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX (local candidates or those open to relocation preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
