Summary :

Scotty's Contracting and Stone is seeking a highly experienced CDL Driver / Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Heavy Civil Division . The position also involves operating commercial vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites. Additionally, the candidate will perform various operative / labor tasks as needed to support job site operations. This role requires knowledge of and the ability to operate various large construction equipment when necessary, including but not limited to Loaders, Backhoes, Track Hoes, Haul Trucks, and Water Trucks.

Work Environment :

This position is predominantly outdoors in various weather conditions. The Heavy Equipment Operator with CDL must be prepared for changing environmental conditions and able to adjust to the demands of an active construction site.

The selected candidate will be prepared to work in varying weather conditions that may occasionally require physical tasks to be performed in challenging environments. Safety gear, such as gloves, helmets, and protective eyewear, is essential during all operations.
