Facility : AdventHealth Health Hospice Care – St. Thomas

Duration : 13 weeks (Immediate start)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (Possible night on-call)

You must comply with AdventHealth’s internal call-off policy. If you call off on a weekend or holiday, be prepared for your manager to schedule you for an alternative weekend or holiday shift.
