Role Overview :

As a .NET / Blazor Developer at Venture, you will be responsible for the modernization of a legacy desktop application, transitioning a mature VB.NET DevExpress WinForms user interface to a modern Blazor-based architecture. This role is focused on building a scalable, maintainable UI foundation that supports long-term product growth.

You will contribute to architectural decisions, ensure high-quality and secure UI implementations, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, reliable user experience within a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities :

UI Modernization & Architecture

• Rewrite existing VB.NET WinForms (DevExpress) user interfaces into Blazor using Telerik UI for Blazor
• Translate complex desktop workflows into modern, responsive web-based user experiences
• Maintain functional parity while improving usability, consistency, and performance
• Design and implement reusable Blazor components aligned with long-term product strategy
