A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist consumers with inquiries while adhering to performance standards and privacy policies
Document inquiries and fulfill requests for materials as per established guidelines
Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant experience or equivalent education
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Customer service experience preferred
Must reside within 40 miles of Oklahoma City
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including a background check
