Your Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional patient-centered care while floating between multiple units.
- Adhere to the nursing process in assessing patient needs and implementing effective care strategies.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary discharge planning and utilize evidence-based practices to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate patient conditions and modify care plans as necessary, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety within the healthcare team.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
- Registered Nurse license active in the applicable state and Basic Life Support certification from the AHA.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
