Job descriptionCurrent LPN / LVN licensure in the state of practice. Current BLS certification. High school diploma or GED equivalent required One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience. Experience in emergency or critical care environments. Comfort level working with vents / trachs / PICC lines, etc. Two years of experience in direct patient care. In person position. Work onsite location : 3840 Hulen St., Fort Worth, TX Work Schedule : Monday-Friday (flex)
Job Summary :
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) provides nursing care as directed by a Registered Nurse, including data gathering, order execution, and therapeutic procedures appropriate for the patient's age and population. The LPN / LVN adheres to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Responsibilities :
- Gather and report patient data.
- Carry out physician orders.
- Perform therapeutic procedures on patients.
- Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
