Entry level Phlebotomy

Pride Health is seeking candidates for a Entry level phlebotomist / Greeter opportunity based in St Petersburg FL 33713.This is a contract role with high Possibility for conversion to full time.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 1shift with rotational Saturdays (40hrs/Week)

Pay rate: $17.75-$19.75/hr. (Pay rate depends on experience, expertise, and education)

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients during check-in at the lobby, kiosks, or handheld tablets.

Support patients by answering questions and ensuring a smooth registration experience.

Cover for other team members during breaks to maintain workflow and appointment availability.

Work closely with the healthcare team to enhance overall patient satisfaction and center efficiency.

Learn and grow into a Phlebotomist role with hands-on training and mentorship.

Customer Service Excellence: Candidates with a strong client-facing background in Home Health, Caregiving, Retail, or similar fields are encouraged to apply.

Commitment & Stability: We want individuals seeking long-term growth, not just a temporary job.

Willingness to Learn: No phlebotomy experience required — full training provided (6–12 months).

Bilingual Candidates: Some locations require bilingual skills (designated per site), but all candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken).

Reliable Transportation: Must be able to commute to and from assigned locations on time.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Phlebotomy experienced preferred

Minimum of 3 Years of Customers service experience required
