We are looking for a seasoned Domain Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and a strong understanding of the insurance sector The ideal candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives architect scalable AEM solutions and serve as a strategic advisor to both technical teams and business stakeholders Exceptional communication skills are essential to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the AEM architecture strategy for insurance platforms ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience objectives
• Lead endtoend solution design including integration with policy administration claims billing and CRM systems
• Collaborate with enterprise architects product owners and delivery teams to translate insurance business requirements into robust AEM solutions
• Guide development teams on best practices for AEM implementation performance optimization and content governance
• Provide technical leadership during client workshops stakeholder meetings and solution reviews
• Ensure compliance with industry standards security protocols and regulatory requirements specific to insurance
• Mentor junior architects and developers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
