Merchandising Category Manager

A company is looking for a Merchant to support their merchandising team in managing product and category lines.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and drive category performance metrics including sales growth and margin

Identify opportunities for improving category performance through product assortment and pricing strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory management and marketing decisions

Required Qualifications

BA degree or equivalent preferred

5+ years of analytical or merchandising experience in a consumer-based retail environment, preferably in ecommerce

Strong knowledge of Excel and experience in building analytical models

Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
