Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service to students regarding financial aid, student accounts, and registration processes
Assist in resolving discrepancies between admission status and financial aid applications
Maintain accurate records and documentation for military students and other student services
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or relevant combination of experience and education
2+ years of experience in student financial aid, student accounts, or customer service roles
Knowledge of financial aid processes and regulations
Experience in higher education preferred
Familiarity with university policies and procedures is desirable
