Horizontal Talent is seeking a UX Strategist with experience facilitating, leading, and presenting UX Strategic outcomes to join a collaborative and inclusive team in Minneapolis. This contract UX role offers a compelling pay rate for your expertise.

The UX Strategist will serve as a liaison for product teams and represent the needs of their intended audiences. You'll help guide teams to balance business strategies with user‑centric, research‑based insights.

• Facilitate and maintain Product Teams Discovery workspaces to ensure that all intelligence gathered is easy to locate and onboard new team members to the product teams
• Meet with product teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand their goals, objectives, and timelines
• Work in tandem with research leads to plan and facilitate recommended qualitative and quantitative research studies and outcomes
• Partner with the Web Analytics team to develop workspace dashboards and analysis to answer key business questions
