We're seeking a growth oriented Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working on commercial builds, and is ready to take ownership of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, staffing, budgets, and schedules across the construction lifecycle.

Coordinate with internal teams, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.

Monitor project performance—track cost, schedule, scope, quality—and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.

Lead permitting, inspections, and close‐out processes; ensure comprehensive project documentation and compliance.

Facilitate effective communication across project stakeholders and implement tools for transparency and collaboration.

Qualifications

3–7 years of construction project management experience in commercial environments (retail, mixed‐use, QSR, tenant improvement) preferred.

Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control practices.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and problem‐solving skills.

Proficiency with construction management software and collaboration tools (experience with ProCore, Building Connected, Microsoft Project a plus)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline is a plus.
