Your Team & Role
As a Vice President, Solution Architecture Engineer in Group Insurance Technology you will partner with chief product owners, technical leads, release train engineers, and senior business and technology leadership to improve Group Insurance’s core technologies and business capabilities. You will be a hands-on leader in our efforts to become a more modern cloud-based, API and domain-driven architecture firm that brings these technology capabilities to solve real-world business problems in a business that’s poised for growth based on technology competitiveness. You will also be the key leader who is responsible for mitigating a legacy technology landscape to these new systems. As a technical expert, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership style and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.

What we offer you :
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $230,100.00 to $311,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
