About the Role

Ideal candidates for the Executive Board Member positions at the company will have a degree and relevant work experience in clinical engineering or legal practice, and a proven track record of executive leadership in business, government, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector. A strong understanding of the company's awards program and a natural ability to cultivate relationships and build consensus are essential. Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a passion for using technology to address health care challenges are also key. Board members are expected to make a meaningful personal financial contribution, prepare for and engage in Board meetings, and participate in one or more committees.
