A company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in complex environments
Experience recruiting for DoD-related roles, specifically Contract Administrators and Subcontract Administrators
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
