As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, monitoring access points, and remaining visible to help promote a sense of security. You will also interact regularly with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeSat03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PMSun03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.

Support Allied Universal and / or client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols and providing guidance when needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and / or site management.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
