The Loss Prevention Officer plays a vital role in preventing theft and keeping the hotel guests, customers, and colleagues safe. This is a fast-paced position with customer-facing interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work afternoons / evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
• Respond to medical emergencies on the premises
• Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions
• Monitor and review camera footage
• Assist with security office duties - answer phones, dispatch calls, sign in visitors, and conduct bag checks
• Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor and Security Director
