Any relevant certs
Job - Lead Specialist - IT Application Support
Location - Parlin, NJ
Duration - 12+ Months
Desktop / Laptop Support
- App installation
- OS installation / imaging
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of TCP / IPv4 network protocols
- Microsoft / Windows experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs (Physically able to rack and stack servers and network gear)
- Help desk or experience using a ticketing system like Service Now
- Customer service experience (Even working in retail or service industry shows they know how to treat customers / users)
- Basic printer experience insofar as configuring the IP address and installing the device on PCs
- Strong communication skills with email, teams, etc...
- Organization and documentation.
