Under the direction of a supervisor, performs a wide variety of day to day operation of logistic functions, timely execution of job activities and management of warehouse inventory. This includes verifying, packaging, labeling, and shipping of medical device products. Adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is essential. Principle Duties / Responsibilities Understands and executes basic level EPICOR ERP transactions to support job functions. Understands and executes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SWI). Ensures timely delivery of product to customer. Maintains physical and ERP inventory accuracy and integrity; performs cycle counts. Ability to meet / exceed daily output goals and metrics Works collaboratively across departments to execute objectives Documents production by completing forms, reports, logs and records of equipment and batches. Operates and maintains equipment by following established procedures; performing preventive maintenance. Maintains safe and clean work environment. Performs cleaning and housekeeping requirements as assigned. Observes proper safety procedures. Assists in processing samples for release, in-process, or validation. Seeks and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Assists in the instruction and training of new technicians. Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities. Adheres to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Quality Management System (QMS) Trainee employees will be trained in the following skills and once proficiency has been demonstrated in a skill, employees will be responsible for performing these skills as required. Experience / Core Competencies Working knowledge of data entry, ERP, and job traveler execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proven experience working in production environment.
