Director Of Operations Commercial And National Accounts
The Director of Operations Commercial and National Accounts provides strategic leadership to a team consisting of operations managers, commercial technicians, project managers, and warehouse professionals, delivering excellence in quality, productivity, customer experience, and team performance across commercial and national account operations. This role will also oversee the execution and delivery of large-scale projects and support initiatives related to national account clients.

What you'll be doing :
Ensure financial, operational, and service-level targets are met across the commercial and national account businessLead and support project managers responsible for executing commercial installations and national account installations and rolloutsProvide oversight and alignment for national account operations, ensuring consistent delivery and customer satisfactionOptimize field commercial operations to drive continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and scalabilityLead and enforce compliance with safety protocols and applicable regulationsDrive a culture of engagement, development, and high performance across geographically dispersed teamsCoordinate with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance management initiativesPartner with legal and compliance teams to ensure all commercial operations align with regulatory standards and industry best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional leaders across sales, customer success, and support teams to drive Guardian's mission and vision within the commercial segmentWhat you'll need :
10+ years in a leadership role with increasing responsibility5+ years of experience in commercial security, low voltage systems, or related industry preferredStrong operational and strategic planning skills across multi-site or regional environmentsDemonstrated success managing project managers and national account service deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFinancial acumen, including experience managing budgets and analyzing P&L statementsProven ability to lead and develop large, distributed field operations teamsWho We Are The Armstrong Group is a family owned and operated collection of diverse companies.
