Call Center Associate

We’re hiring a Call Center Associate for our Houston, TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB :

• Job Title : Call Center Associate
• Location : Northwest Houston, TX
• Pay : $19
• Hours : Day, Night, Weekend, and Day Shift hours; must have a flexible schedule.
• Duration : Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties : Assist customers with online equipment orders. Manage accounts, answer inbound calls, place orders via outbound calls, enter and review orders, and follow up with client requirements : Detail oriented, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to take orders over the phone and enter them into database.
• Requirements : High School Diploma or Equivalent, type a minimum of 40 words per minute, MS Office, Teams, Outlook and Outlook Calendar. Some medical administration or background a plus.
