Job description

A prestigious and well-established Ophthalmology practice in Chicago, IL is seeking an Ophthalmologist to join their dynamic team. With multiple locations and a strong reputation for excellence, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-volume, well-supported role with exceptional earning potential.

Position Highlights :

Competitive Base Salary : $200,000 negotiable based on experience + Bonus based on collections
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM

High Patient Volume :

Chicago location – ~30 patients / day

Oak Lawn location – 35-40 patients / day (busiest location)

Surgical Cases Available

Multiple Office Locations

Support Staff : 2-3 providers per site, plus full support staff (3-4 exam rooms per provider)

EMR System : NextTech

Additional Benefits :

Diverse Patient Base : Heavy Hispanic population (Spanish-speaking is a plus)

Primarily Medicare Patients

No New Grads – Experienced Physicians Preferred

Ideal Candidate :

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist

Strong interest in surgical cases (preferred but not required)

Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
