The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is seeking a Human Resources Director to join our team!

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Red Bank, NJ is in search of a Human Resources Director to join our team! This key leadership role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, people-centered environment and understands the unique demands of the healthcare / senior living industry.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment : job postings, interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
• Coordinate payroll changes and assist with time and attendance issues.
• Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Experience conducting investigations.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staff recognition / incentive programs.
• Manage workers' compensation and disability claims.
• Create a positive environment through employee events.
• Assist in budgeting and workforce planning for the HR department.

This is a full-time position. Salary Range : $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 / year
