Type of Cases : Endo, ortho, general, ENT, urology, ophthalmology. Bread and butter but with a patient population heavy of ASA 3

Credentialing : 30 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible CRNA

Licensure : Active MO license required
