Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1530 - $1640

Emergency Room Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – North Carolina or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency healthcare environment

ER RN Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the Emergency Department

Perform rapid patient assessments and triage in a clinical setting

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by healthcare providers

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members

Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care

Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions
