As a UI / UX Designer, you’ll help create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences that make complex systems simple and usable. This is a hybrid role based in Reston, VA , with a collaborative team dedicated to purposeful design and product excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and pain points.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and flows.
- Design high-fidelity, brand-aligned interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Define interaction patterns, motion, and feedback to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and cross-functional partners.
- Maintain and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.Experience with responsive and accessible design (WCAG standards).Ability to leverage user feedback and data to iterate effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Bonus Points
