Job descriptionPayment Processing : Accurately process incoming and outgoing payments, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments. Reconciliation : Perform regular reconciliations of payment transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Customer Support : Address inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding payment status, issues, and processes. Data Entry : Maintain and update payment records in our financial systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. Reporting : Generate and analyze reports related to payment activities, providing insights to management on trends and issues. Compliance : Ensure all payment processes adhere to legal regulations and company policies, implementing best practices for financial controls. Collaboration : Work closely with the accounts payable and receivable teams to facilitate smooth payment operations. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in payment processing, accounts payable, or finance roles. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position may require sitting for extended periods and working with various computer systems. Standard office hours, with potential for flexible hours based on workload.
