Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a short-term contract covering November 3 November 26, 2025. This is a weekday role, MondayFriday, 8 AM4 PM, with no weekends or on-call required.

Key Responsibilities :

Verify and dispense inpatient medication orders, including controlled substances

Provide clinical support for psychotropic and medical therapies

Conduct drugdrug interaction checks and dose adjustments

Participate in treatment team meetings and support safe medication practices

Manage Pyxis automated dispensing systems

Ensure pliance with Joint mission, CMS, and state regulations

Requirements :

Active Indiana Pharmacist license

Recent inpatient pharmacy experience

Strong knowledge of psychotropic medications and drugdrug interactions

Behavioral health experience required

Pyxis experience preferred (training available)
