The Job : As a Beverage Manager, you will lead a team of Assistant Beverage Managers and beverage staff across the property, delivering exceptional service in line with the MGM Resorts brand. You'll combine floor presence with strategic oversight, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture.

The Starting Salary :

• $70,000 annual base

Pay Range : $62,600.00 - $83,500.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
