Job Description
- Oversee finance operations across nonprofit and foundation entities
- Manage accounts payable, expense processing, and banking
- Own general ledger and month-end close processes
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards
- Coordinate U.S. tax filings and annual audits with external advisors
- Liaise with global finance teams (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A)
- Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Develop scalable processes, policies, and internal controls

The Successful Applicant
- Has 5+ years of progressive finance / accounting experience, with lean teams, fast-moving enviornments, and global exposure
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and nonprofit tax compliance
- Is highly proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP) and advanced Excel
- Works independently, manages competing priorities, and thrives in a hybrid environment
- Communicates effectively across international teams and adapts to a fast-paced setting
- Brings an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building scalable systems
- Completed CMA / CPA or in progress
- Spanish language skills are a plus
