StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a private, high-performing dermatology group in  Missouri (MO)  to recruit a  Mohs Micrographic Surgeon  to anchor and scale a busy skin-cancer program. You’ll operate within a proven Mohs platform featuring an on-site lab, in-house dermatopathology, and a seasoned surgical team—built so you can focus on surgery, reconstruction, and outcomes.

• Compensation :  Competitive base as an  advance against % of net collections , with in-year bonus advances and a year-end true-up;  top performers have reached up to $1.6M total compensation  (dependent on schedule, case mix, payer mix, and reconstruction complexity).
