Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Experience handling depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Admission to the FL State Bar. Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of construction litigation cases, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Advise clients on construction law matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies and provide high-quality legal services.

Benefits
Salary : $130,000 - $180,000 per year.
