Opportunity Details Medicus has partnered with a Level I Trauma hospital in eastern Ohio with an opportunity for a skilled Neurosurgeon to provide locum coverage. Opportunity Overview : Level I trauma Schedule : 8 to 12-hour shifts Daily Volume : 1-2 emergent surgical cases Will cover emergent ED cases Procedures Required : Brain bleed stoppage, clot removal, tumor removal, trauma repair, shunt insertion or revision, spine stabilization and reconstruction, vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty, spinal fusion, laminectomy, and diskectomy Team Structure : 2 additional neurosurgeons EMR : Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses During your time off, stroll a charming downtown filled with historic architecture, explore nearby parks and trails, and visit an art museum featuring regional artists.
