Job descriptionGenerous Tuition Reimbursement (up to $2,500 per year) Employee Referral Bonus (up to $1,000) Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team : Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA It is key to being able to provide excellent patient care Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment Demonstrate sound clinical judgement Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents / families / caregivers Provide direction to clinical team members Maintain resident confidentiality Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
