Electrician Position

- Analyze and solve problems effectively, read blueprints and schematics, and use an array of tools and diagnostic devices to service and install electrical parts.
- Troubleshoot, program, and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs using ladder logic code.
- Experience troubleshooting VFDs, soft starts, motor starters, and safety circuits.
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulic control systems.
- Experience with relay-based control systems troubleshooting and repairs.
- Plan layout, install, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, and control equipment such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels, using hand tools and power tools, according to specifications.
- Applies knowledge of OSHA procedures, particularly Lockout Tagout and electrical testing.
- Performs routine electrical maintenance on equipment and determines what maintenance plan is required to resolve the issue.
- Maintain various PLC programs related to industrial equipment.
Schedule : Shift : Must be able to work either a 3rd shift or a 2nd shift.
3rd shift : 10PM-6 : 30AM2nd shift : 2PM-10 : 30PMSaturday or Sunday depending on production needs 12 hours shift2nd shift : 6AM-6 : 00PM3rd shift : 6 : 00PM-6 : 00AMTraining : The first 90 days of training is on 1st shiftQualifications :

Second shift, shift differential of $0.40 / hr.Third shift, shift differential of $0.50 / hr.In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include :Standard Overtime : 1.5x the regular hourly rate for hours worked beyond 8 per day.Attendance Bonus : $500 per semester for meeting company attendance requirements.Weekend Shift Premiums :Saturday : Time and a half (1.5x hourly rate)Sunday : Double time (2x hourly rate)Sign on Bonus : $4,000
