Job Details

Location : Remote (US-based only)

Hours : Full-time and Part-time schedules available

Compensation : $20-22 per hour + performance bonus

Benefits : Full health / dental / vision coverage, flexible PTO, professional development budget, equity participation

About This Role

As the Outreach Specialist you will :

Make outbound calls to connect with caregivers and families (we provide the call list)

Guide eligible caregivers through enrollment in free support program

Listen with empathy and identify each family's unique needs

Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records in our CRM

Collaborate with our coaching team to ensure seamless handoff after enrollment

Who We Are Looking For

Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or family support roles

Personal connection to Alzheimer's or dementia care

Previous experience making outbound calls and building rapport over the phone

Natural empathy combined with professional communication skills
