Senior Litigation Associate – Business Litigation — Location : Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid – Flexible Work from Home). Salary : $185K – $220K (commensurate with experience) + Bonus + Growth Opportunities.

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Associate . This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and strategic thinker, comfortable handling cases independently and communicating directly with clients. Arbitration and trial experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, research, and argue motions
• Handle depositions, court appearances, and arbitration hearings
• Manage all phases of litigation with minimal supervision
• Represent clients in state and federal courts
• Build and maintain direct client relationships
