Senior Project Engineer

OVERVIEW

Merrick's Energy, Manufacturing and Bioprocessing business unit is looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented Project Engineer / Senior Engineer with strong leadership skills, the ability to focus multi-discipline teams, and very strong technical and communication skills. Work with a team of talented PMs, engineers, and designers.This position can be located in any of the following offices and will be eligible for a hybrid schedule : Greenwood Village, CO; Tulsa, OK; Chattanooga, TN; Richmond, VA; Newport News,VA; or Baltimore, MD.

Annual salary range for this position is $125,400.00 - $162,300.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Project Engineer will work in a dynamic multi-discipline environment, supporting project Oil, Gas, Chemical and Bioprocessing projects. The individual will direct a multi-disciplined team of engineers and designers, and serve as the primary technical interface with clients, project management, and procurement professionals. The Project Engineer serves as a liaison between the Project Manager and technical disciplines and is responsible for :

• Assisting the Project Manager with managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Leading design activities and managing design deliverables.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and working closely with the client's technical team
• Coordinating engineering disciplines and managing discipline interfaces
• Managing project resources, technical changes and expediting scheduled activities
