Department : Refugee Services

Reports to :

RS Employment Manager

Typical Workhours :

Typically, 40 hours per week, with flexibility for extra hours when required

Education :

Bachelor’s degree is required with one year of related experience or high school diploma with 4 years of related experience.

Related Experience :

One year of previous experience working with refugees or previous experience working in recruiting, staffing and job placements is required

Position Summary

The Job Developer will have the unique opportunity to work with the Refugee Services team. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new employment opportunities for refugees. The Job Developer will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with area employers that are interested in hiring refugees in order to increase employment placements.
