NEW Radiologic Technologist Opportunity - Southern Pennsylvania
Full Time Permanent Placement
Join a leading healthcare team providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services. In this role, you will use stationary and portable imaging modalities, including general radiography and bone densitometry, to support patient care while ensuring safety and accuracy.
What You'll Do :
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Operate and maintain radiologic and DEXA equipment.
- Follow radiation protection protocols and quality assurance measures.
- Assist with patient transport, positioning, and preparation.
- Document and maintain patient information in EMR systems accurately.
- Educate patients on procedures to reduce anxiety and promote cooperation.
- Contribute to quality improvement, safety, and departmental initiatives.
- Mentor students and new staff as needed.
Requirements :
Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.ARRT registration required (new graduates must achieve within 12 months).CPR / AED certification required.Experience preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply.DEXA registry within 12 months if operating bone density equipment.Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.Why You'll Love Working Here :
