Our patient-centered team is dedicated to improving health outcomes for diverse communities, including immigrants, LGBTQ+ individuals, individuals living with HIV / AIDS and those living with chronic conditions. We are seeking a Bilingual Full-time Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive, outpatient care. You’ll also participate in health education and community outreach efforts that promote wellness and increase access to care. This position is in-office, Monday-Friday and requires some Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide holistic medical care to patients in a community health setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Promote preventive health through screenings, education, and outreach
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
- Contribute to health education and patient engagement initiatives
- Foster an inclusive and welcoming care environment for all patients
Qualifications :
MD or DO degree1+ years of experience working with diverse and underserved communitiesSuccessful completion of an accredited residency training program in internal medicine or family medicineFluent in Spanish or Haitian-Creole a plusWorking knowledge of primary HIV medical care and LGBTQI care is a plusHIV certification or willingness to obtain oneWhy Work With Us :
