Job descriptionFlexible Scheduling Career Advancement Opportunities Competitive Compensation Fun Working Environment Interact with Pets The focus of this job is making connections with Pet Parents and their pups. Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia. Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person. Check pups in and out of daycare. Share information about our daycare enrollment packages and memberships with Pet Parents. Call online leads and schedule meet and greets for new pet parents Nurture existing pet parents and pets through email, SMS, or phone contacts Other administrative duties, as assigned Excellent customer service skills Effective communication with clients and coworkers Comfortable working with dogs Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and other technology Enthusiastic and a very strong communicator Team Player
